Of Russian folk music / shows / movies?

I am a 19 year old girl that has just begun the study of Russia and wanted to know what's popular among the Russians around my age in terms of music, TV shows and movies. Right now the only Russian artists I hear are Dima Bilan and Tatu, and I could not find much information on Russian television shows online (just to narrow it down, usually prefer Romance / sample drama). Thanks for your answers!
