history of drama movies

James Dean opened the way for the history of Hollywood bad boys. Guys wanted to be like him and girls want to date him. Critics constantly booed, calling it a Brando imitation, but now over half a century after his death, we can all recognize his role as the original bad boy movie Hollywood.
Born on 8 February 1931 in Marion, Indiana, Dean spent his life bouncing between the agricultural, rural state and the bright lights of California. When James was still a child, his father the family Packed in finding a new career in dental hygiene, the family landed in Santa Monica, California.
Life changed after eight years of Dean when breast cancer took the life of his mother. A year later he was back in Indiana, living with extended family. He grew up on that farm near Fairmount, Indiana. Fairmount High School planted and harvested a love of drama at Dean. He graduated and moved back to California where he lived with his father recently remarried. After a brief stint at Santa Monica College, Dean transferred to UCLA and therefore caused a and subsequent separation distance between him and his father.
After a while useless in Hollywood, he ventured to go to New York with the hope of making his first big break, and he did. He began studying with Lee Strasberg, a well known theater instructor. Work began to pick up a television and several theatrical roles, then Dean finally caught his big break. The director Elia Kazan was looking for the right actor for Cal in his next film "East of Eden. Dean hit the legendary Paul Newman. Dean's career has finally started, and soon after ended a life ending car accident, Dean had only 24.
In his short life, Dean took a major accomplishment: he became known. He only had three starring roles, but each left an indelible impact on viewers. In East of Eden, Dean played Cal Trask, a young disenfranchised constantly fighting for attention from his father and his brother Aaron. Dean seemed to embrace this paper and actually refer to Cal for his own relationship with his father.
In Rebel Without a Cause, undoubtedly the most famous movie Dean, Dean played another rebellious teenager. This special character, Jim, had difficulty forming friendships with others and gradually moves away from their parents. Dean's performance created the image of the war of 1950 teenage boy.
Dean's last role of Jett Rink in Giant, reflected some of the features of his other two roles. He played the rags to riches Jett Track that finds its oil wealth on strike. This role led to an Oscar nomination.
Dean Unforgettable performances make him an icon in the Hollywood history and a permanent part of the memory of those who see in the movies.
