Make invitations for a party?

"I've had a line of scouts and obviously loads of birthday invites you just can print. Basically, I have worked in different departments so that `s not just a case of asking some people in my office to go down the pub after work, so I want to print something that gives the place and date that I can leave on the desks of other departments. (a nice background image would be good too) Also I'm not great on the computer so i havn `ta clue how to start to design something myself. Third point, I want it for free, I'd rather spend the money on a couple of drinks at night! The ideas of intelligent people NOW?
