drama exercises high school

I do not know what to do …?

Im 16.5 '6 ", 150 lbs.im overweight (at least I'm not saying .. slighty obese) and I have to lose weight.badly.ive been really stressed lately .. parental divorce, trying to increase the grades, secondary drama.i stupid havent been able to exert great .. And no more eat.i eat 2 meals day.i dont eat dinner, sometimes eating a apple or some yogurt.i usually stop eating after 6pm (metabolism slows down then). I need help finding a way to lose weight.im starting to look at diet pills (they're all rubbish anyway) and no way im not vomit to lose weight (im sorry but thats just nasty). last year i weight 134 (i I I was a little diet). ok what im asking is .. Does anyone know of a good diet plan? something that really works!? please, please help .. lol .. oh and no smart a $ $ answer either .. I am not saying that I need to see a psychiatrist .. I see it ..= \

with all that going-through the best way to lose weight is to control the type of fooods eat (stay away from fast foods and snacks typical) and is equally important to return to exercise. Stay outside of the pills – rather not work, but some are potentially dangerous.
