Need help clearing up a problem with my phone company, what should I do?

I have a package together with the company of tia. It began in March 2009. Combination of telephone, internet, satellite and computer with this company. I ordered a laptop, which sent a desk. I was told to return before sending a laptop. Sounds good very reasonable. I sent back the desktop. I waited 3 weeks called by the number UPS said it was the computer. Finally got the lap top. Now being billed by both teams. This issue remains unresolved. Can someone please help.?
