I started a new job I like in September – only a problem ….?

I got a computer that is slow, often see. I told my boss and secret of this and seems to have authority in this situation for my boss! I ordered another calculation, but does not move. The really frustrating thing is when my boss is about at my table and says, "I thought the team was working well there for a while". Please advise – I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall.

If you are in a network of offices, perhaps the server is slow. Perhaps the boss and I see a problem, because their computers are so slow.
